Orders

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at returns@favoritepeoplestore.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes unfortunately.

I received a package, but it wasn’t my order. What do I do?

We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team at hello@favoritepeoplestore.com with your order number and pictures of the products you did receive. 

Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return by e-mail at returns@favoritepeoplestore.com and send your order to the warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or the store where the item was bought.

How do I return or exchange an item?

1. To start a refund or exchange, please send us an email to returns@favoritepeoplestore.com with the following information:

  • Indication if it is an EXCHANGE or RETURN
  • Model and size of the piece you want to return/exchange and model and size of the new piece you want to be sent .
  • Order number in shopify (#0000)
  • IBAN number, if the purchase was made by MBway or bank transfer.
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • E-mail
  • adress

We have a 15 day returns policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return/exchange by email at returns@favoritepeoplestore.com and send your order to the warehouse.

After we receive your email containing all the requested information, you will then receive an email from our courier detailing the procedure for sending your order to the warehouse. Please, don´t sent your return before receiving this e-mail from BATCH courier.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, undamaged or used, with the tag and in the original packaging.

Products from previous collections cannot be exchanged for products from newer collections. Note that during sales periods, returns are not accepted.

If you are shipping an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As soon as we receive the order and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that the order was placed with, and it may take up to 10 days for the money to be available in the customer's account. are subject to available stock.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

When exchanges are sent outside the European Union, we are not responsible for delays and customs costs. These are borne by the customer.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

Sometimes couriers' tracking information may be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops!

Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Care team at hello@favoritepeoplestore.com with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further :)

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Final price is inclusive of tax and duties, however not all currencies have tax and duties included. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
