Favorite People offers products for sale through favoritepeoplestore.com. Our e-commerce services are intended for end consumers purchasing products for personal use.

All content available on the Favorite People website, including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, videos, software and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Favorite People and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The content of this website may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.

## SHIPPING
Favorite People ships internationally using different carriers depending on the destination country.

Shipping prices vary depending on the destination and may also vary according to carrier rates and fuel surcharges.
We currently offer **free shipping within Europe on orders over €150**, except during sales periods or when otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Favorite People's control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions or periods of high demand.
## TAXES & DUTIES
Where indicated at checkout, the final price includes applicable taxes and duties. However, taxes and duties may not be included for all countries, markets or currencies.
Where taxes, customs duties or import charges are not included at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional charges required for customs clearance.
Favorite People does not control customs charges imposed by local authorities and cannot be held responsible for such charges.

## RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers have **15 days from the date they receive their order** to request a return.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase or the corresponding order number may be required.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an exchange, Favorite People will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
For international returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges associated with returning the goods.
For hygiene and safety reasons, socks may only be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition, with the original tag attached and without any signs of use.
Additional exclusions may apply where permitted by law and will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
## ONLINE AND IN-STORE PURCHASES
Online purchases may also be exchanged or returned at one of our official physical stores: **Amoreiras, CascaiShopping or Monte Estoril**, subject to our return conditions.
**Refunds to the original payment method are only available for eligible online purchases.**
Purchases made directly in our physical stores are not eligible for a cash or payment-method refund. They may be exchanged for another item or returned in exchange for a **gift card**, subject to the applicable conditions and mandatory consumer rights.
Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
## REFUNDS
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval of the return.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are normally processed within **10 business days**. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return results from an error attributable to Favorite People.
## PROMOTIONS
Promotions, discount codes, sales and special offers are valid for the period and under the specific conditions communicated for each campaign.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotional codes.
