When placing an order through this website, and after accepting it, a commercial purchase and sale agreement will be executed remotely and outside the commercial establishment, between the consumer and FAVORITE BRAND, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February.

Commercial Policy 

  • A consumer is understood as a user who buys outside their business or profession. 

  • The Consumer shall provide the Seller with a correct and complete email address and other contact data. The Consumer also agrees that the Seller may contact them using such data if necessary. 

How to Order 

  1. Browse the pages of FAVORITE BRAND, Lda’s online store and find the product(s) you wish to purchase. 

  1. Add your favorite products to the Shopping Cart by clicking Add to Cart. 

  1. Once you have selected all products you wish to purchase, click Finish. 

  1. Fill in your personal information and select your payment method. Please take special care when entering your address. 

  1. Review your order and proceed with payment to confirm it. 

  1. When you click Exit at the end of the purchase process, your order is confirmed. 

  1. Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and product details. 

We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order even after automatic confirmation. 

By submitting the order form, you are accepting the general purchase conditions and all other conditions existing on www.favoritepeoplestore.com, including the terms of use.


Order Acceptance and Refusal 

FAVORITE BRAND, Lda reserves the right not to accept the order or to cancel it if the proper conditions are not met, such as: 

  • Product no longer available (refund will be issued); 

  • Incorrect billing information; 

  • Order flagged by security systems as incorrect or potentially fraudulent; 

  • Payment not received within 5 days after order acceptance; 

  • Customer under 16 years old; 

  • Customer identified as a reseller; 

  • Pricing error; 

  • Delivery not possible to the provided address. 

All orders submitted by the user are subject to acceptance by FAVORITE BRAND, Lda. 

Warranty and Product Price Indication

Credit Card, Visa, PayPal, MBWay, Bizum and Klarna.

FAVORITE BRAND, Lda respects the privacy of users accessing and using this website.

Property Reservation 

All products remain the property of FAVORITE BRAND, Lda until the consumer has paid in full all amounts owed under any contract, including delivery costs. 
Products may not be sold, transferred, or pledged before full ownership has been transferred to you. 

Products – Quality and Warranty 

FAVORITE BRAND, Lda sells exclusive, high-quality, copyrighted products and is a registered trademark. 
Products may differ slightly from images in terms of color or texture due to the browser or monitor used. 

We emphasize the importance of following the washing and care instructions printed on each product’s label. FAVORITE BRAND, Lda is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper handling of the products. 

Damaged or Defective Products 

Product quality is of the utmost importance to us. All our products are tested in real-world conditions to ensure they are in perfect condition.

All content on this website is the property of FAVORITE BRAND, Lda. 
Although we maintain the site with great care, information, text, graphics, videos, music, and other services may contain errors or inaccuracies. 

FAVORITE BRAND, Lda is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the site, including damages caused by viruses or inaccuracies, unless resulting from negligence on our part. 

Promotions 

Offers on the website are valid only for the duration they are displayed, unless stated otherwise.  

Shipping and Returns 

Prices vary depending on your market and will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections. 
Any additional charges due to customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Product prices are subject to change — FAVORITE BRAND, Lda reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. 
The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price applied to that order. 
Although the site is updated carefully, in the event of a pricing error, FAVORITE BRAND, Lda reserves the right to cancel the order. 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

The customer may cancel the order as long as it has not yet been shipped. 

Return Policy 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return through

On our exchange and return platform https://go.ifreturns.com/pt/favoritepeoplestore, we only accept size exchanges, not model exchanges. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or the store where the item was purchased. 

Return of Gifts 

It is not possible for a person to return a product they received as a gift. In such cases, please contact the person who purchased the gift so that they can request the return. 
You may also ask them to provide the invoice or online order number, as exchanges or returns cannot be accepted without this information. 

Gift Cards 

Gift cards can be purchased on the FAVORITE BRAND, Lda website. 
They are valid for 6 months and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
